Acquisition of The Food Purveyor Sdn. Bhd. by Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
Acted as Malaysian counsel to Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of CP Axtra Public Company Limited, on its acquisition of The Food Purveyor Sdn. Bhd. (“TFP”) from Navis Capital Partners and other minority shareholders. TFP Group operates premium supermarket retail businesses in Malaysia and has more than 50 operating stores in total.
Advising Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. were Partner Moy Pui Yee and Senior Associate Choy Chuok Hua.
