Advised Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a retail operator owned by Thailand’s Charoen Pokphand Group (C.P. Group) on the acquisition of a piece of land together with Rapid Mall & Giant, a three-storey commercial complex and one-storey drive-thru restaurant, in Teluk Intan, Perak for a purchase consideration of RM41 million.
