Advised Pok Brothers Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Envictus International Holdings Limited, in its acquisition of a detached factory and warehouse in Selangor, from SMG Land Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Star Media Group Berhad for a purchase consideration of RM68 million.
