IFC’s equity investment in Series B primary equity round for Boost Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
Acted as local counsel to the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), a member of the World Bank Group, the largest global development institution focused on the private sector in emerging markets, in its equity investment in Boost Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the FinTech arm of Axiata Group Berhad.
