Acquisition of Norautron from Embron Group AS
Acted as Malaysian local counsel to Norvestor IX SCSp in connection with its acquisition of Norautron, an electronic manufacturing services company with prototyping and manufacturing facilities in Norway, Sweden, Poland, China, and Malaysia.
Advising Norvestor IX SCSp were Partners Chen Lee Won and Lum Sher Vin.
