Our Competition & Antitrust Practice regularly provides cross-border antitrust advice and has represented clients in anti-competitive agreement and abuse of dominant position investigations by the Malaysia Competition Commission. This includes the first dominance appeal to the Malaysia Competition Appeal Tribunal.
