Our Investment Funds Practice has a wide range of experience in the regulation of investment funds, supporting both domestically-based and global clients.  Acting across various asset classes, we provide extensive services for investment and private funds.  Our investment funds capability includes the structuring, establishment and marketing of offshore and onshore retail and private investment funds across asset classes, the establishment and licensing of fund management companies, and industry-related regulatory compliance advice.  Our private funds services include the structuring of alternative investment funds, including private equity funds.
