ESG in APAC 2026 (4th Ed) - Malaysia

Partners Kelvin Hsien Han Loh, Dzuhairi bin Jaafar Thani and Karen Foong collaborated with Slaughter and May in the preparation of the jurisdictional Q&A for Malaysia in the 4th Ed of ESG in APAC: Jurisdictional overview on ESG reporting, transition planning and greenwashing.

The publication aims to assist businesses in navigating the existing ESG regulatory framework across 16 APAC jurisdictions. The Malaysia Q&A consists of, among other things, ESG reporting, Transition Planning, and Net Zero and Greenwashing Risks.
