  • Advised Temasek Holdings on the acquisition of leases over lands in Iskandar Malaysia in Johor by a joint venture company established by Temasek Holdings and Khazanah Nasional for a mixed development.
  • Advised Lend Lease on a joint venture arrangement with TRX City Sdn. Bhd. to purchase parcels of land and subsequently develop the 'Lifestyle Quarter' within the proposed international financial district known as 'Tun Razak Exchange'.
  • Advised the Trustee of the IGB Real Estate Investment Trust on the acquisition of Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall, being the initial investment portfolio of IGB Real Estate Investment Trust, and the offer for sale and listing of the IGB Real Estate Investment Trust on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities.
