Medium term notes programme of up to RM720 million in nominal value established by Columbia Asia Sdn. Bhd
Advised Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad (“HLIB”), OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“OCBC”) and RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB”), as joint principal advisers, and HLIB, OCBC, RHB and Public Investment Bank Berhad as joint lead arrangers and joint lead managers, in respect of the medium term notes programme of up to RM720 million in nominal value established by Columbia Asia Sdn. Bhd. to, among others, finance the development and expansion of hospital facilities in Malaysia.
