Hydroelectric Power Project, Laos
Advising the project company on the development, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a river hydroelectric project located in Don Sahong, Laos including the following:
- Drafting a supplemental power purchase agreement to reflect the amendments and changes made to the power purchase agreement for an additional generating unit which increases the capacity from 260MW to 325MW; and
- Drafting a letter of award for contractor to supply the fifth generating unit.
