The chapter covers the legislative framework of cartel prohibition, investigative powers, sanctions on companies and individuals, leniency for companies, whistle-blowing procedures for individuals, plea bargaining arrangements, the appeal process against the decision of the Malaysia Competition Commission and damages actions for loss suffered as a result of cartel conduct.
