Issuance of ASEAN Sustainability SRI Sukuk Murabahah pursuant to an Islamic medium term notes programme of up to RM500 million in nominal value based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawarruq arrangement) by Econas Resource to Energy Sdn. Bhd.
Advised AmInvestment Bank Berhad as the principal adviser, lead arranger and lead manager (“PA/LA/LM”), and Danajamin Nasional Berhad (“Danajamin”) as Kafalah guarantor, in relation to the issuance of ASEAN Sustainability SRI Sukuk Murabahah pursuant to an Islamic medium term notes programme of up to RM500 million in nominal value based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawarruq arrangement) by Econas Resource to Energy Sdn. Bhd. to, inter alia, finance all fees, costs and expenses associated with the development, construction, management, operation and maintenance of waste treatment facilities including resource recovery, discovery and/or disposal complexes (RRDC) as well as resource to energy and resource to energy scheduled waste (R2E-SW) management complexes.
