Acquisition of FGV Iffco Oil Products Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as FELDA Iffco Oil Products Sdn. Bhd.)
Advised Grand Oils & Foods (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. on its acquisition of the entire equity interest of FGV Iffco Oil Products Sdn. Bhd. (“FIOP”) (formerly known as FELDA Iffco Oil Products Sdn. Bhd.) from FGV Iffco Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as FELDA Iffco Sdn. Bhd.). The seller is a joint venture company between FGV Holdings Berhad and IFFCO Oil Holdings Limited, and FIOP is in the business of crude palm oil refining and processing.
