Acquisition of 70% ordinary shares in Alpha Automation (Selangor) Sdn. Bhd.
Advised Chint Global Pte. Ltd. on its acquisition of existing shares and subscription of new shares in Alpha Automation (Selangor) Sdn. Bhd. (“ASEL”), which in total represents 70% of the enlarged issued share capital of ASEL, a company carrying out the business of selling electrical equipment and switches.
We further advised Chint Global on its joint venture arrangement with the management shareholder who holds 30% of the remaining shares in ASEL following completion of the transaction.
