RM90 million bridge loan facility granted by BNP Paribas Malaysia Berhad to Eastern Steel Sdn. Bhd.
Advised BNP Paribas Malaysia Berhad in relation to the RM90,000,000 bridge loan facility to be granted to Eastern Steel Sdn. Bhd., being one of the largest steel equipment producing company. The purpose of the facility is to finance the payments to be made under the lump sum turnkey contract in connection with the development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of the 2,000 ktpa steel project located in Kemaman Industrial Park, Terengganu, Malaysia. The facility is further guaranteed by Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., being the indirect shareholder of the borrower that is incorporated under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
