Facility granted to a well-established manufacturer and supplier of industrial and medical gas systems
Advised a foreign commercial bank as the lender in relation to a term loan facility granted to a well-established manufacturer and supplier of industrial and medical gas systems (“Borrower”).
The facility is granted to the Borrower for the purpose of purchasing certain equipment, factory buildings, plant and machinery and for the working capital purpose of the Borrower. The facility is further secured by, among other things, account charges and a specific debenture which covers the gas supply agreement in respect of the supply of certain industrial gases by the Borrower and certain equipment owned by and belonging to the Borrower.
