Advised Reco City Square JB Sdn. Bhd., which is wholly-owned by the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), a Singaporean sovereign wealth fund, on the divestment of its 70% stake in Johdaya Karya Sdn. Bhd., which owns Johor Bahru City Square, to Aldertree Properties Sdn. Bhd.
