Advised Pinnacle Velocity Pte. Ltd., a special purpose vehicle of Exacta Asia Investment III, L.P. (“Exacta”) on its acquisition of a substantial stake in FMX (M) Sdn. Bhd.. FMX (M) Sdn. Bhd. is the holding company of the FMX group of companies and are engaged in the business of comprehensive logistic - their services include last mile delivery, supply chain management, and freight forwarding.
