Initial public offering and listing of shares of CUCKOO International (MAL) Berhad on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
Advised CUCKOO International (MAL) Berhad (“Issuer”), as Malaysian counsel, in relation to its proposed initial public offering and listing of its shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
The Issuer is principally involved in the trading and rental of home appliances, mattresses and furniture, trading of beauty care products, provision of home care services, and investment holding activities. The deal includes an international offering under Regulation S of the US Securities Act 1933.
