Centurion disposes two Malaysian assets for RM227 million
Advised Westlite Dormitory (Bukit Minyak) Sdn Bhd and Westlite Dormitory (Tampoi) Sdn Bhd, indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Centurion Corporation Limited on the disposal and leaseback of (a) a piece of land located at Bukit Minyak, Penang measuring approximately 16,398 square metres in area comprising of three accommodation blocks and (b) a piece of land located at Tampoi, Johor measuring approximately 28,328 square metres in area comprising of five accommodation blocks for a total consideration of RM227 million.
