Acquisition of shares in Affin Bank Berhad by the State Financial Secretary, Sarawak
Advised the State Financial Secretary, Sarawak (“SFS”) on the acquisition of a minority stake in Affin Bank Berhad, increasing SFS’s total stake in Affin Bank Berhad to 31%.
