Acquisition of entire shareholding in MASwings Sdn. Bhd. by AirBorneo Holdings Sdn. Bhd., an entity owned by the Sarawak State Financial Secretary (Incorporated), from FlyFirefly Sdn. Bhd.
Advised the Sarawak State Financial Secretary (Incorporated) (“SFS”) and AirBorneo Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“ABH”) on the acquisition of 100% shares in MASwings Sdn Bhd. from FlyFirefly Sdn. Bhd., a company indirectly owned by the Malaysian Aviation Group Berhad. MASwings Sdn. Bhd. operates and provides rural air services in Sabah and Sarawak. The transaction included the purchase and/or lease of aircraft required for the operations of MASwings Sdn. Bhd.
Advising SFS and ABH were Partners Moy Pui Yee, Florence Yong, Soh Yin Chuin, Pauline Khor, Neoh Jin Keat and Principal Fazlina Pawan Teh.
