Allen & Gledhill Partners Daren Shiau and Elsa Chen contributed the Singapore chapter to the GCR E-Commerce Competition Enforcement Guide 2019, published by Law Business Research, London. The chapter looks at the approach of the Singapore regulator in the e-commerce space and the challenges associated with e-commerce and digital markets.
