RM293 million acquisition of 56.32% equity interest in Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (“CCM”) and the subsequent mandatory take-over offer for CCM together with the compulsory acquisition of the minority shares in CCM for a total cash consideration of RM209 million
Advised Batu Kawan Berhad (“BKB”) on its acquisition of 56.32% equity interest in CCM for RM293 million from Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Amanahraya Trustees Berhad as trustee for Amanah Saham Malaysia, Amanah Saham Bumiputera and Amanah Saham Bumiputera 3-Didik unit trust funds, and on the subsequent mandatory take-over offer for the remaining shares in CCM not already owned by BKB together with the compulsory acquisition of the minority shares in CCM for a total cash consideration of RM209 million.
