High Court considers issue of illegality in application to set aside recognition of foreign judgment
The High Court in 2WTrade LLP v Zepto Express Berhad [2023] AMR 876 provides helpful guidance on how courts will assess allegations of illegality in the context of a breach of public policy in an application to set aside the recognition of a foreign judgment under the Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Act 1958.
