Partner Kamilah Kasim contributed the Malaysia chapter to the Chambers Global Practice Guide to Energy: Oil & Gas 2023, published by Chambers and Partners. This chapter provides an overview of the general structure of hydrocarbon ownership and regulation, private investment in hydrocarbons: upstream, midstream/downstream, foreign investment, and environmental, health and safety.
