Rahmat Lim & Partners clinches three awards at the Asian Legal Business Malaysia Law Awards 2024
Rahmat Lim & Partners was recognised as the ESG-Advisory Law Firm of the Year at the Asian Legal Business ("ALB") Malaysia Law Awards 2024 which took place on 1 March 2024.
In addition to the Firm award, our Firm also won two deal awards for our involvement in the following deals.
- M&A Deal of the Year: Osram Opto Semiconductors’ Sale and Leaseback in Kulim Hi-Tech Park
- Equity Market Deal of the Year: Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall Acquisition: Strategic Transaction for Pavilion REIT
Additionally, our Partner Zandra Tan was named Woman Lawyer of the Year.
The ALB Malaysia Law Awards 2024 marks the 11th year of honouring top law firms, in-house counsel, deal makers, and significant deals in the industry.
