Bursa Securities to list first business trust in Malaysia
On 6 March 2024, Prolintas Infra Business Trust (“Prolintas Infra BT”) launched its prospectus for its initial public offering in conjunction with the listing and quotation of all of its issued units on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Prolintas Infra BT is set to list on 25 March 2024 and will be the first business trust to be listed in Malaysia.
