USD335,000,000 syndicated facilities obtained by Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited from a syndicate of lenders
Acted as Malaysian counsel to Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited as the original borrower and its group of entities (including Cyan Renewables (Australia) Holdings Pty Limited, MMA Offshore Pty Ltd, MMA Offshore Charters Pty Ltd, MMA Offshore Vessel Operations Pty Ltd, MMA Subsea Services Pty Ltd, MMA Marine Services Pty Ltd, MMA Offshore Asia Pte. Ltd., MMA Offshore Asia Vessel Operations Pte. Ltd., MMA Subsea Services Pte. Ltd. and MMA Offshore Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.)(collectively and together with Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited, the “Group”) in connection with various loan and credit facilities granted by a syndicate of lenders (including Bank of Baroda, Sydney and Bank SinoPac Company Limited) for purposes of, among other things, refinancing of the existing debt of the Group.
Advising Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Limited as company and original borrower and its group of subsidiaries were Partners Soh Yin Chuin and Florence Yong.
