Disposal of shares in Golden Fresh Sdn. Bhd. by a Malaysian seller
Advised the controlling shareholders of Golden Fresh Sdn. Bhd., on the disposal of 100% of the shares in the company, a leading supplier of seafood solutions to over 20 countries around the world, specifically in Asia, Australia, France and the United Kingdom, to Affinity Equity Partners.
Advising the controlling shareholders were Partners Moy Pui Yee, Jack Yow, Principal Tan Mei Fang, and Associate Choy Chuok Hua.
