Acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Fosroc Group
Advised Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA on the Malaysian aspect of its acquisition of the Fosroc Group. The Malaysian entities that were acquired as part of the transaction were Fosroc Sdn. Bhd. and Fosroc Asia Sdn. Bhd.
Fosroc Sdn. Bhd. is principally engaged in the distribution, import and manufacturing of building materials and acts as a contractor for its products in building projects. The principal activities of Fosroc Asia Sdn. Bhd. are to provide management-related services to its related companies.
